Enjoy our Lobster Quesadilla with peppers, jack cheese & lime crème, Chickpea Parmesan Dip with roasted garlic & flour tortilla chips, Race Lane Calamari with chipotle aîoli, Sea Scallop & Pulled Pork Sliders with shoestring fries, Fish Tacos with roasted corn salsa & spicy sauce, Mini Crab Cakes with basil crème fraîche & chili oil, and Littleneck Clams & Oysters with classic mignonette. There is a delicious dish for every palate!

Race Lane Six Course Italian Wine Dinner: On Sunday, March 11th, at 7pm we will be hosting another decadent pairing of delicious food and wines. Our Butternut Squash Soup with Montauk Bay Scallop & white truffle oil and Prima Perla Prosecco start us off, followed by Tuna Crudo with red bliss potato & wasabi ginger oil and 2009 Fatriora Magliano. The Hand Made Burratta with prosciutto di parma & rosemary fig jam pairs with a 2010 Monte Faliesi followed by our Bolognese of porcicni fettuccini with veal, beef, pork & cream and a 2009 Carpineto Chianti Classico Riserva. We move on to the Braised Veal Guancia with wild mushroom risotto and 2009 Cesari, “Mara”, Valpolicella Classico and then cap off the meal with Zabaglione and Berries paired with a Carpineto, “Dolce”. Winter Break: Race Lane will be closed for the month of February for our Winter Break. We will re-open on Thursday, March 1st for a very special event. We will be hosting a cocktail party to benefit The Retreat who has been providing domestic violence services on the east end for 25 years. More information will follow on how you can join us for this very special 25th anniversary celebration for The Retreat. Race Lane will re-open to the public on Friday, March 2nd.
